My best friend has decided she wants her bedroom redone in blue and white.
But it's not in her budget right now.
Lucky coincidence, I bought vintage curtains years ago for a "someday" project, that have almost the exact same pattern!!
So I made her a pillow and a matching lavender sachet, which I have pics of to share, but I also covered the top of an old piano bench for her bedroom too (pictures still to come).
The curtains only cost me a couple of dollars and the down pillow was $1, so this was a cheap easy project.
I've had a couple of people ask where I get my lavender (I have tried to grow it but my yard stays too soggy), I found an Ebay shop with fantastic prices and wonderful lavender>>Ebay Lavender
Typically I stay away from Ebay and only shop Etsy, but truth be told I am also VERY cheap and Ebay had the best prices on Lavender.

See how close the pattern is? The vintage fabric is a little more vividly colored than the rug but I am pretty sure she is going to be excited!!
