Ruffles Ruffles Everywhere

I was recently asked where I got the great ruffle cloth in my living room that covers a table with flowers on it. Well it's no secret that I LOVE anything with ruffles. But I honestly can not afford to buy any of the great table cloths that I see online. Luckily my local Goodwill Outlet store gets a lot of crinolines. The one in my living room is actually a great vintage crinoline I found at the Outlet, all wrapped up perfectly in a zippered plastic bag. People kept passing it by because it just looked like a zippered bag and nothing more. I,of course filled with curiosity, opened it and boy am I glad I did! Crinolines are GREAT to cover small tables with. In my case it is a tall ceramic pedestal that I used. If you are crafty enough you can cut the top and sew it. I have to admit I can not sew, so I just safety pinned the top of mine and hid the pin with a vase of faux flowers!
