Why BeYaz Is DANGEROUS

Ok, so this isn't my typical blog post. 

But I feel like women NEED TO KNOW!!

I woke up this morning with my right leg aching. Unlike the average person who would think it's just a muscle ache, I have gone through a range of emtions from panic, crying, tears, confusion. 

For me any pain in my leg turns into a scary event. 

Two years ago I was prescribed BeYaz to help with ovarian cysts. After less than 3 months of taking it I wound up having severe pain in my leg to the point where I could not walk. Then it turned eggplant purple at which point we headed to the emergency room. 

The doctor in the emergency room that night took one look and said it looked like blood clots. His first question to me was if I had taken any birth control made by Bayer. 

Several tests later reveled clots running from below my knee clear into my lungs. I was in so much pain that morphine wasn't helping. 

I was there for nearly a week. I had to have two surgeries to clear the clots and am supposed to be on cumiden for the rest of my life.

It took me nearly a month to relearn how to walk!!

I now run higher risk than the average person of developing more clots, sudden death, stroke, gallbladder disease, kidney disease....the list goes on. 

I couldn't even begin to go into the debt from the hospital bills, and honestly the money is the least of my worries. 

I worry I won't live to see my kids grow up, that I won't be able to grow old with my husband.  This is the part where I start crying. This is the thought that plays over and over in my mind every time my leg feels even a twinge of pain. What would they do without me??

All because some drug company cares more about making money than the safety of their consumers. 

But I was a lucky one, truth be told. This medication is KILLING women. 

Everyone I speak to knows someone who has been affected by taking Yaz or BeYaz. 

Bayer has paid out over 3 BILLION dollars in lawsuits and yet they refuse to admit wrong doing or pull their medication from the market. 

So I want to strongly warn anyone who might be taking birth control manufactured by Bayer to STOP NOW. 

Tell everyone you know. 

Save yourself from the heart ache that so many others have gone through and are currently going through. 

It's not worth the risk.
