Doily Bunting

Got out my box of crochet trim and doily's and started sewing away this morning.
I made six buntings out of the doily's.

They are really easy to make. I cut each on in half and use seam binding to sew them to.
I've had people purchase them for weddings!
Now to get back to work on all the crochet trim. Hmmmm, what shall I do with all of it?
I created a Pinterest board full of ideas for what to do with doily's and crochet!

  7. I love these! I made some for my booth earlier this year using small doilies. They are still hanging there as pretty as can be. I don't know why someone has not purchased them.

  9. I must say...I've not jumped on the doily bunting band wagon...cause I just hate to cut them apart. But... I did find some unfinished things of my Granny's that I have no way of completing...some of it tatting! I think it would be neat to make a bunting from this.
I may hang it in my bedroom...or the bathroom...who knows!
I may make some bracelets out of it... I love your Pinterest: "doily love" board! lots of great ideas there.
