Weekend Finds

Saturday it rained and Sunday we worked outside the house cleaning gutters and planting flowers. Flats of pansies were on sale at Altums for $5! They also had a discount section where I bought two hydrangea plants for only $1 each!!!

But I did manage to squeeze in a couple of yard sales and a Craigslist find. The chandelier was dirt cheap because it was missing the light covers and a few crystals. Works great for me because I happen to have extra crystals and covers!!

 I love the hand painted pink tole tray. It's the perfect pink.

 Had to grab the shell....no idea what I am going to do with it but it's so pretty and slightly unique.

And I am a sucker for vintage glass door knobs.

I also picked up an old wooden ladder but I didn't take a photo. It's different than most I have seen. It's skinnier and has three equal length sections that fold up. The lady running the sale said $5 but I didn't feel like trying to squeeze it in the car. As I was walking away she said "How about $2?" 

Ok ok you got me now! I can not pass up something that is almost free.
