You may have seen or heard of my mantel deer.....yeah I am that tickled about the mantel deer. But one by one I have come up with other idea's and one by one they have been disappearing off of the mantel to be put to use in other places/idea's. I found this lonely plain box in the garage. It had been bought at the Goodwill Outlet months ago and long forgotten until yesterday. Within five minutes I had gathered up scrap book paper, a pretty floral pattern and a great glittered black (also found out the Goodwill Outlet), and one of the mantel deer, sat down with the butterfly paper punch, glue gun and imagination and created a deer box! Total cost of project, under $1.00!!! I am going to attach black ribbon to the back so it can be hung and give it to my oldest daughter for Christmas.
