Indie Arts and Vintage Marketplace

Let me start off by saying, there are days that go smoothly, and days that don't.....
Several things happened which stuck me in the position of having to rely on my ex husbands truck and my husbands car to get all of my items to my booth space at the Indie Arts and Vintage Marketplace on Saturday.....
This did NOT work in my favor!
I got there late, set up late, didn't get to take nearly as much as I would have liked to.
Then the day was incredibly windy and there I was, the unprepared person I am, with my friggin tent at one point literally going air born. A million and two thanks yous to the lovely Jackie and her sweet hubby from Shambora Studios
for coming to my rescue with weights for the tent.

So most of the day, I was nearly in tears and by the end of the day totally frustrated because I thought I did badly on sales.....then I got home to find out at one point my husband had taken a HUGE wad of cash home with him because he didn't want me sitting out there by myself with all that money.
Moral of the story~
Buck up buttercup {it's not so bad, even on days where it feels so bad}!
The Indie Arts and Vintage Marketplace kick off event was amazing.  Many fabulous vendors, constant flow of traffic, windy, but no rain, and despite all my personal crap going on I made a s**t ton of money! I really couldn't ask for more!

I'm actually just looking into selling my handmade pieces at a market and I'm pretty excited. I've never done it before. Do you think I should go on with this?
